We provide a detailed timeline before signing, with clear milestones and checkpoints to keep everything fully transparent.
How is pricing calculated? Are there fixed packages?
We use fixed-price quotes. After confirming requirements, we deliver a detailed quote within 7-10 business days — covering design, development, testing, and deployment. No hidden fees within agreed scope. Initial consultations are completely free.
How do we get started? What's the process?
From your perspective, collaboration has four key touchpoints: ① Website fill out requirements → ② Online free consultation → ③ Proposal and quote (within 7-10 business days) → ④ Contract signing and development kickoff → ⑤ Final review, launch, and system handoff. Our internal process follows a six-step development flow to ensure every phase has a clear milestone and acceptance checkpoint.
Do you offer maintenance and updates after launch?
Yes. We offer three maintenance options: monthly retainer (includes performance monitoring, security updates, and regular backups), on-demand billing (pay-as-you-go for occasional updates), and feature expansion (re-scoped after a new requirements session). Maintenance scope and fees are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.
What technologies do you build with?
Frontend: React / Next.js + TypeScript. Backend: Node.js / Express. Database: PostgreSQL. File storage: MinIO. Deployment: Vercel or Zeabur. All code is version-controlled via Git. Source code, database, and account ownership are transferred to you upon final payment.
Can we change the design or requirements during development?
Yes — though we recommend finalizing major changes before the design is approved to avoid delays. Minor adjustments (colors, copy, layout tweaks) during development are usually flexible. Functional requirement changes are re-evaluated for timeline and cost, and only proceed once both parties agree, ensuring project quality is never compromised.
How do you protect our data and privacy?
We develop to OWASP Top 10 standards, guarding against XSS, SQL Injection, and other common vulnerabilities. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and credentials or API keys never appear in source code. Source code, databases, and accounts are transferred to you upon final payment.
What if the final product doesn't meet our expectations?
Acceptance is based on the feature checklist agreed upon in the contract, with written criteria for every milestone. If a milestone doesn't pass, we fix it at no extra charge. Weekly progress updates during development ensure any gaps are caught early, not discovered at the final review.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can provide or sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any formal engagement begins, ensuring your business logic, technical specs, and commercial plans remain fully confidential. NDAs are a standard part of our process — no special request or extra cost required.
How many projects do you take on at once?
We strictly limit concurrent active projects to 2–3 at any given time, ensuring every client receives adequate attention and fast response times. If our capacity is full, we'll be honest about it and give you an estimated availability date — we won't sacrifice quality to take on more work.
